The basics of finance

Context

Financial analysis or the definition of a financial policy implies the knowledge of the basic financial concepts of a facility and using them in one’s daily management.

Finance is a very simple activity once one masters the basics of this activity.

The understanding of the financial situation of a facility is often rendered difficult due to an incomplete knowledge of elementary concepts. This same lack of knowledge explains most of the failures in the implementation of a financial policy.

As an example, the notions of wealth and financial fluctuations are not natural even though they are used daily: they require an effort in order to be understood. But these notions, once they are assimilated, enlighten the reading of financial statements and help you in the efficient implementation of your financial policy.
