The financial policy of a health care facility

Context:

In an environment of rising interest rates it becomes crucial for any manager to design and implement a financial policy adapted to the situation.

The financing of health care facilities presents moreover important specific characteristics.

Health care facilities undergo different phases (creation, modernization, restructuring), and therefore the financial policy of the facilities must be adapted to each one of these phases.
