Context:

The tools of management control of a health care facility are relatively well-known: a business plan, a budget, monthly reporting, dashboard, action plan, reporting of transverse processes.

The different tools are those used in all enterprises but difficult to adapt and implement within the framework of a health care facility: the aims of a health care facility are not the same as those of a commercial enterprise and the notions of costs are less developed there.
